Amy Furnas R.D.H.
Amy graduated from Wichita State University with a degree in dental hygiene in 2002. She joined the Family Dentistry team that same year. Amy helps her patients maintain their oral health by educating them on home health care as well as making them aware of the importance of regular dental check ups. Amy specializes in periodontal treatment with an emphasis on laser therapy. Making the patient feel relaxed and cared for is Amy's main goal.
Amy is married and has 2 sons and 1 daughter. In her free time, Amy likes to spend it with family and friends. She enjoys running, camping and being outdoors. |

Tammy Hopkins, R.D.H.
Tammy graduated with honors from Wichita State University with an Applied Science Degree in Dental Hygiene in 2001. She is an active elected member of the dental hygiene honor society Sigma Phi Alpha. Tammy has taken courses from the Las Vegas Institute of Advanced Dental studies in cosmetics and periodontal therapy and is licensed with the Oklahoma Board of Dentistry to administer local anesthesia and Nitrous Oxide. She is also certified by the Academy of Laser Dentistry to treat periodontal disease with a diode laser. Tammy joined the Family Dentistry team in December 2002.
Tammy has been married for 14 years and has a 3 year old son. In her free time Tammy likes to cook, spend time with family and friends, read and shop. |

Sherry Sloan
Sherry began her dental career in 1995. In 1998, she joined the Family Dentistry team. Sherry is the patient treatment coordinator. Sherry works side by side with the hygienists to schedule treatment for each patient. She is also very knowledgeable in all areas of the dental office. Sherry's main focus is to give the patient the best dental experience possible.
Sherry is married and has 2 children. In her spare time, Sherry enjoys doing home projects, reading and having fun with her family. |

Jan Pinnegar
Jan started her career in dentistry in 1996. She moved to Ponca City in 2002 and became part of the Family Dentistry team. Jan is the scheduling coordinator. She is usually the first friendly face you will see when you enter our office. Jan likes to make sure that our patients have a wonderful and easy experience from the time they walk in the door until they leave.
Jan has 3 sons, 2 daughter-in-laws and 6 grandchildren. In her free time, Jan loves to play computer games on-line with family, travel and being entertained by her cat Felix. |

Jennifer Cargill
Jennifer began her dental career in 1993. In 1998 she became a member of the Family Dentistry team. Jennifer is Dr. Whitefield's primary chair assistant and is knowledgeable in all areas of the office. Jennifer has extensive training at the prestigious LVI institute in cosmetic dentistry. Jennifer's first priority is her patients comfort. She will help you obtain the beautiful smile you have always wanted.
Jennifer is married and has 2 sons and 1 daughter. When not working, Jennifer enjoys spending time participating in her childrens' activities, shopping with family and friends, decorating and reading. |

Shelly Tompkins
Shelly began her career in dentistry in 2000. Her duties as a team member are patient scheduling and chair side assisting Dr. Whitefield. Her versatility makes her a valuable part of the team. Shelly enjoys the smile make overs. It is exciting to see the before and after results. The patient's confidence shining through once the procedure is done is very fulfilling.
Shelly is married and has 2 sons. In her spare time, Shelly likes to workout, watch sports, shop and spend time with family and friends. |

Andi Whitefield
Andi became an active part of the Family Dentistry Team in 2007. Her main duties are handling the public relations for the office. Andi also over sees the day to day running of the office which includes the front desk, chairside when needed and managerial tasks. Andi's main concern is patient comfort and satisfaction.
Andi has one son and one daughter. When she is not busy with her children Andi enjoys gardening, making floral arrangements and traveling with her husband and family. |

Misty
Misty graduated from Community Care College in 2008 with an Associates Degree in Applied Science of Dental Assisting. She joined the Family Dentistry team in September 2011. She works chairside with Dr. Whitefield as well as helps out at the front desk when it is needed. Misty enjoys being able to help patients change their lives with smile make overs.
Misty has a five year-old son and is expecting her second child in July. She enjoys being outdoors with her son and planning for her newborn's arrival in her spare time.

Stephanie
Stephanie graduated from Wichita State University with a degree in Dental Hygiene in 2008. She has been with the Family Dentistry team since June of 2011. Stephanie enjoys helping patients understand how important oral health is to their overall well being.
Stephanie is married and has four children. She enjoys gardening and spending time with her family. |
