About Us
Some people feel a little anxious before a trip to the dentist. We’d like you to feel relaxed and comfortable when you visit our office. Tell us about any special problems you may be experiencing. We have a variety of ways to help you, and we’re committed to being as gentle and careful as we possibly can be. If you choose, we can provide nitrous oxide.

We are committed to the concept of exceptional health. You will find that prevention is the cornerstone of our practice and the foundation for maintaining healthy teeth and gums. Preventing problems before they occur is by far the most convenient and economical way to maintain good oral health. We hope that our commitment will spark in you this same initiative and enthusiasm to maintain a healthy and glowing smile.
Emergency Care
If you have an emergency, please call our office early in the morning, so you may receive attention as soon as possible. If the emergency arises at any time other than during regular office hours, Dr. Whitefield may be reached at (580) 765-6710, or Dr. Andrews at (580) 762-6870.
Appointments
If you cannot keep an appointment, please try to give the office 24 hours' notice. This courtesy on your part makes it possible for another patient to use the time.
Recall
We believe in the importance of preventive dental health care. For most people, this means seeing them for a professional cleaning and examination twice a year.
Children Are Special to Us
We recommend that children who are three years old come in and visit with us when parents or brothers and sisters have appointments. This allows them to adjust to the office environment without pressure.

Insurance
We will be happy to help you file your insurance claim forms without additional charge and will do all we can to help you receive maximum benefits. Your benefits are determined by your employer, not your dentist, and are meant to aid you in paying for dental care. They usually do not pay 100% of treatment costs. Insurance benefits vary greatly from one policy to another.
It will be your responsibility to pay any amount not covered by your benefits.
Many companies require pre-authorization of benefits for any extensive treatment. If this is necessary, we will submit the treatment plan and contact you for appointments when the plan has been approved, tell you the amount the insurance will pay, the amount you will owe, review your payment schedule, and schedule you for your next appointment.
